A firm believer in new talents, he constantly strives to give them exposure through various platforms. A man with vision, worked in Star India, and left it to become a co- partner and produced several Magnum Opus shows across GEC channels like Sony, Colors and Star Bharat.

Not the one to limit himself in one medium, he turned producer to cater to OTT platform like ZEE5 and produced a show named – “Bhalla Calling Bhalla”. The show is not only unique in concept but was path breaking as it was first show during first wave of COVID, that was written, shot and edited during complete lockdown. A daunting task achieved during the most tough time in recent history.

The lockdown inspired this young entrepreneur and self motivator to take a bigger challenge and launch a niche OTT platform that aims bringing Indian Culture, tenets of Sanatan Dharma to larger audience in the way they understand – storytelling. It’s a venture to make youth understand that Sanatan Dharma is cool and as relevant today as it was millions of year ago. An attempt to make Indians get Gyaan and make them feel Garv on their bearings.

She has 20 years of diverse experience in visual medium beginning with theatre and traversing the path of tele shows, to feature films to documentary films to New Media and venturing into daily shows to web series. A filmmaker and explorer by heart, she nurtured the dream since childhood and satiated her desire through all mediums of storytelling to nourish her soul and reach zenith of passion.

Her 5 years stint with leading GEC channel Star Plus, under Star India Pvt Ltd gave her an opportunity to expand her wings and include collaboration with several stakeholders within and outside organization for smooth execution of shows, in her portfolio.

A recluse and introvert by nature, she believes pouring her ideas and emotions on paper and has been associated with several niche as well as part breaking Magnum opus on GEC channels like Sony, Colors, Star Bharat.

Her international acclaim includes awards in Cannes Film Festival as well as Osian Film Festival for being one of the few creative talents in world.

Not the one to rest on her laurels, she strives to achieve new feats in her journey. With this aim in mind, she entertained US citizens with Indian Flavours in a Show for Netflix US and adapted herself to culture of Indonesia to cater to their belief.

She is relentless in her pursuit of excellence and that has enabled her to walk the unchartered path fearlessly. Living on the edge is her survival tactic and this sensibility made her join hands with Nitin Shukla instantly for a new platform OM TV and find meaning through storytelling.

Over his 15+ years of experience in investment banking he has wide exposure to investments in asset classes such as venture capital funds, leveraged buyout funds, secondary funds, mezzanine funds etc. Over years, he has invested in/structured and/or monitored private equity portfolio with total assets under management exceeding $5 Billion.
Successfully executed or helped execute over $3 billion of transactions across private equity and real estate in the GCC, Europe and the Balkans.
In addition to private equity and investments experience, being a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Subhash is also an experienced finance professional with an in-depth exposure to financial accounting, MIS systems and corporate budgeting processes. Over years he has helped implement sophisticated ERP, MIS, and budgeting solutions to employer companies during his tenure with respective companies.

IT Professional with over 30 years of experience in Design, Develop and Implementation of complex Business Software Solutions. Around 10+ years of architecture/implementation/consulting experience on large-scale, enterprise-wide IT endeavors. Nitin has Domain expertise in Financial Accounting, Production Planning, Process Manufacturing, Material Requirement Planning, Financial Markets, Equities and Derivatives, Forex, Commodity, Investment Management, Credit Derivatives, Custodial services, Brokerage, Portfolio Management.

His constant Endeavor is to apply the business sense in developing applications, where the effort would leads to large impacts on business process and results. His Specialties lies in Business Analysis on Finance, Manufacturing and Accounts Domains.

Over the period he has Proven skills in managing teams to work in sync with the corporate set parameters & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals. In his professional carrier he has Exhibited excellence in developing, piloting and implementing new business processes. Nitin has Sound ability to identify risks / issues that could affect the project and putting in place required effective solution.

He is into Music videos, Films, Web series and Short film making. Mostly he is called for setting up shows in TV industry.
