Subhash Jalan heads the finance function at Omtv.

Subhash has an intensive and in-depth experience, at a senior level, of sourcing, structuring, and managing Private Equity and real estate transactions. Over his 15+ years of experience in investment banking he has wide exposure to investments in asset classes such as venture capital funds, leveraged buyout funds, secondary funds, mezzanine funds etc. Over years, he has invested in/structured and/or monitored private equity portfolio with total assets under management exceeding $5 Billion.
Successfully executed or helped execute over $3 billion of transactions across private equity and real estate in the GCC, Europe and the Balkans.
In addition to private equity and investments experience, being a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Subhash is also an experienced finance professional with an in-depth exposure to financial accounting, MIS systems and corporate budgeting processes. Over years he has helped implement sophisticated ERP, MIS, and budgeting solutions to employer companies during his tenure with respective companies.
